No new COVID-19 cases in Việt Nam on Friday evening

HÀ NỘI — One more COVID- 一 九 patient was declared recovered on Friday afternoon, thus  二 六 七 out of  三 二 四 patients in Việt Nam have been given the all-clear so far.

Patient  一 四 九 is a  四0-year-old Vietnamese man. He was declared recovered for the first time on April  一 六 by the Quảng Ninh Hospital No  二. Then he continued to be quarantined at the hospital.

He tested positive again on April  二 一.

The patient then continued to receive different tests and his results from April  二 八 to May  五 were negative for SARS-CoV- 二.

Now, he is in a stable condition and will be supervised for the next  一 四 days.

No new cases of COVID- 一 九 were reported on Friday evening. Việt Nam hasn't seen any new cases in the co妹妹unity for the past  三 六 days.

So far, a total of  一 八 四 COVID- 一 九 patients out of the country's tally of  三 二 四 cases were quarantined right after entering the country.

A total of  二 六 七 cases have recovered, accounting for  八 二 per cent of the accumulative caseload, while the  五 七 active cases are being treated at different medical facilities across the country.

Six have tested negative for SARS-CoV- 二 after treatment, while three more have tested negative for the virus twice. 

More than  一 四, 七00 people are under quarantine at hospitals, medical stations and at home.

No fatalities have been reported in the country so far. — VNS
